Women in Agriculture - Rooted in Resilience
Join us at the MacRobert Farming and Rural Skills Centre on Dumfries House Estate, on September the 7th from 10am until 2pm, for a welcoming and inspiring day designed specifically for women in agriculture. Following the busy summer period, this event offers the chance to take a step back, recharge and connect with others who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of life in the sector.
The day will feature a mindfulness and breathwork session to support wellbeing and resilience, a creative painting workshop led by local artist Jan Laird, and informative talks from RSABI and Farmstrong, exploring practical approaches to maintaining positive mental health and building resilience in farming communities.
Alongside a relaxed lunch, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking, conversation and sharing experiences with fellow women from across the agricultural sector.
This is a free, ticketed event.
